About Nazia
Nazia is a qualified solicitor specialising in Immigration Law and Criminal Defence. She has advised and assisted clients in Immigration matters for 14 years with particular emphasis on Leave to Remain applications with elements of Human Rights, In-Country Applications and Point Based Applications. In addition, she has advised on Appeals both at First Tier Tribunals and Upper Tribunals. Nazia has also advised on Bail Applications and Deportations.
Nazia attends the police stations and Magistrates Courts on a regular basis advising and assisting clients in Criminal Proceedings.
