Imran is the principal solicitor and founder of Hurrairah Harris Solicitors. Imran splits his time between managing the firm and advising and assisting his clients. Imran specialises in Criminal Law, Immigration Law and regularly assists with Clinical Negligence matters. Imran is a Magistrates Court and Police Station Duty Solicitor.

As a Criminal Defence solicitor, Imran has spent many years defending individuals at the Magistrates and Crown Courts including some of the most serious matters including Very High Cost Cases (VHCC). He is well versed in establishing a good foundation for the individuals that he represents, ensuring a robust defence which gives his clients a fighting chance.

Imran regularly travels around the country accepting instructions in the more serious matters and is generally available at short notice for urgent serious matters. He is regularly instructed by the medical profession in prosecutions bought against NHS employees either by the Crown Prosecution Service or the DWP.

Imran has a keen interest in white collar crime and ensures that he deals with all complex and voluminous matters at the firm.

Imran also advises and assists in Immigration matters and regularly attends Immigration Tribunals around the country. He can advise and assist in all manners of Immigration Law save for the exception of Asylum for which neither Imran nor the firm accept any instructions.
